We take sturdy South American coffees, roast them dark, then roast them again!
It is theoretically possible to roast coffee darker than this, but we won’t do it.
It tastes super dark and roasty and stands up to a good jolt of cream.

Sometimes we’ll need to roast the coffee you ordered before we ship it.
